Swedish Massage:Relaxation and energetic work at its fundamental level

One (1) Hour session $65.00, One and a Half (1.5) Hour session $80.00, Half Hour (.5) session $35.00

Grigorian Method®: Created by Dr. Gabriel Grigore this is a western form of shiatsu using a combination of pressure points and stretching.It is done fully clothed (please wear comfortable loss clothing) on a massage table. (See The Grigorian Methods page for a more indepth discription.)

One (1) Hour session $75.00, One and a Half (1.5) Hour session $90.00

Grigorian Organic Spa Reflexology®: Also created by Dr. Gabriel Grigore this is a 1 hour and 15 minute session on the feet, incorporating the use of fruits and vegetables to enhance the affects.It can also be done without the fruits and vegetables or incorporated in to any other massage. A session with fruits and vegetables $85.00, without $70.00, add 20 min to any massage for $15.00

Thai Massage: Sometimes called the lazy mans yoga this ancient form of massage uses compression along the Sen Lines (ayurvedic energy lines of the body) to remove blockages and revitalize energy along with assisted yoga poses to increase flexibility.This is done fully clothed on a table or on a mat on the floor.The mat is the preferred method for practitioners as it allows greater freedom of our movement, in my experience it is also the preferred method of clients as well.

One (1) Hour session $75.00, One and a Half (1.5) Hour session $90.00

Deep Tissue Massage: For more concentrated spot work in deep troublesome areas such as the shoulder and low back.
